The Embassy of Italy in Nicosia is part of the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
 
The Embassy promotes the interests of Italy in Cyprus and manages the relations with the Republic of Cyprus.

In particular, the Embassy:

• manages the bilateral political, economic, cultural and social relations with the Republic of Cyprus
• assists Italian companies, promoting Italian business interests
• promotes the Italian culture and language
• fosters the scientific cooperation between Italy and Cyprus
• provides consular assistance to Italian nationals
• manages the voting of the Italians citizens living in Cyprus
• issues Visas within the Schengen relevant regulations.
